Jesse O’Leary
An inspired and driven individual with a dream for a better world for all people.

Jesse EXPERIENCE with school
Jesse felt his creativity and potential was suppressed in school due to the uniformity and restricted nature of the curriculum. “There was never explanation for lessons, never reasons to learn. I asked, when will I need this, when will I used this, and sadly the majority of things I was taught, I’ve never used. This way of educating has serious repercussions on the capabilities of the public. There are much better ways to structure an educational system if the goal is to create intelligent, creative, forward thinking adults.
Video Game Design EXPERIENCE
Jesse studied video game design after high school and was more inspired and engaged in this educational process the ever before. During the 2 years of game design Jesse had a life changing shift in perspective. He realized quite abruptly, he was not interested in creating more distractions from the problems we are facing, and that he would work towards creating awareness around the solutions available. He soon started his dive into understanding the systematical foundations to the problems we face.
A Systems APPROACH
Jesse asked himself. “How do I change the world?” and it was clear that education and the ability to inspire others was key. So he began a new adventure to improve his skills and learn as much as possible about the workings of the world. Through his game design lens it was clear the issues we face are systematical issues. Meaning, at the root of all the problems, it is the mechanic’s of the game we are playing. Our society is built in a way that perpetuates short sighted, insane and extremely destructive behaviour.
Jesse in Polotics
Jesse believes the issues we face are deeper than the power and reach of political positions, however there are many things a political position could accomplish that a civilian position can not. So he ran in two provincial elections. First was in 2013, the second 2017. Jesse was 23 during this opening speech and his first campaign.

Jesse on the Root
People say “Follow the money.” Because when followed, we find the responsible parties. No matter the situation, money is the key connecting element in all issues we face. Money developed in response to manage a new world of scarcity. When we shifted out of the Stone Age and into the agricultural age. The issue is, we are not living in a world of true scarcity any longer, yet we manage everything as if we are. In fact our economy needs to create artificial scarcity in order to function. Artificial scarcity is the intentional act to destroy and limit resources to keep the economy functioning. It is a very scary and real thing that is happening. There are countless example and evidence. And, in my educated opinion, all the issues we face in the world, would melt away, if this one element of our civilization could be updated to our present capacities.
