
Why do we need STRUCTURES?
We understand there are many types of people in the world. We are all unique, however we all share many of the same needs. So, we can create categories for certain types of people and their needs. The intention behind the structures we build are to offer options that can address the needs of all people.
Structures can cator too supporting elderly to stay in their homes, communities for single parents, for families, for homeless people trying to get back on their feet. Structures focused on artists or musicians or people into mid arts. Homes that are structures around diets such as vegan or vegetarian.
ELiS
ELiS stands for educational Live in Studio. It is a structure designed to offer free housing and food for student guests in return for their dedication to self development, learning to be accountable in a home, and investing time into their community in ways they find meaningful and fun.
The way this structure operates is by having 3 types of people living in the home. There is a house manager that is responsible for paying the rent and keeping the home safe. There is support crew who are renting rooms from the manager that subsides the student guests. Student guest share a bunk room and must contribute to the home, the community and their personal growth.


LicG
Live in Care Givers, is a structure designed to empower elderly individuals and save them money, while offering housing at a reduced rate in exchange for home assistance.
This is a structure where the property owner is sharing their home with others who are helping to clean, cook meals, manage the home and needs of the property.
In this model $1000s can be saved by the elderly owner and an affordable living space can be provided for a number of individuals.
